Anne Via is a seasoned artist with a career spanning approximately 50 years, having begun selling her artwork at the age of 10. Originally from Maryland, she relocated to Florida in 2015, where she currently resides. Anne holds a degree in Fine Arts and Advertising Design, with a minor in Photography. Her extensive experience includes 17 years as a mural artist, during which she not only created large-scale murals for diverse audiences but also specialized in faux finishes. Presently, Anne has returned to portraiture, demonstrating an exceptional ability to capture the likeness of individuals with remarkable precision. Her artistic expertise extends to rendering a wide variety of animals and landscapes. The majority of her work is commissioned, based on photographs provided by her clients. In her leisure time, Anne enjoys creating what she refers to as "fun pieces," which serve as personal challenges and explorations of new techniques. These works are often available for purchase as limited edition prints, each signed and numbered, with occasional availability of the original pieces.
